New! Payment Plans: Spread out the Cost of your Education
We appreciate the fact that the road to becoming an Appraiser is neither short nor cheap. As a result, we are trying to ease some of the pain with our new product for qualifying education courses: Payment Plans. Payment Plans allow you to coordinate the cost of your qualifying education with your actual learning. It’s simple: you only pay 25% of the total amount each month. That’s it. There’s no credit application or fees, and it doesn’t cost you anymore than if you bought the classes outright. Get started on your Appraisal license upgrade today!
Talk to our CEO about your Appraisal Continuing Education Experience
We’re here to make your Appraisal CE convenient, affordable and maybe even a little fun. How are we doing? Want to tell our CEO or other company Executives? We’d love to hear it. Our entire Executive Team, including the CEO, spends hours every week talking to customers about their appraisal continuing education experience with us. Have something to share or just want to see if it is true? Volunteer to be one of our weekly Customer Calls by clicking here.
Hot off the Press: New Appraisal CE Courses
Although your appraisal continuing education is required, we believe that it doesn’t have to be bland. To live up to that, we regularly add new classes to our extensive library (over 200 hours) of AQB-certified online Appraisal Continuing Education classes. Our most recent additions include: Modern Green Concepts (6 hours) and Relocation Appraisal and the New ERC Form (6 hours).
What’s New? Recent State Requirement Changes
The state authorities keep changing up their appraisal CE requirements but we pride ourselves on keeping up on these changes so you don’t have to. Full details can be found on each respective state page; however, here are the highlights in case they affect you:
- Iowa: All required credit hours can now be taken online.
- New Hampshire: The required 7-hour USPAP update can now be taken online.
- Alaska: 14 hours per cycle can now be completed online (up from 7 hours).
- Vermont: The state will be issuing only a 1 year license this year. Next year, it will return to the 2 year cycle.
USPAP is Back: TAF taps McKissock Again
For the 2nd cycle in a row, McKissock has been named the official USPAP provider by TAF for the 2014-15 cycle. In doing so, TAF cited McKissock’s commitment to making the content engaging and educational.
