When you think USPAP, think McKissock.

We have been at the forefront of appraisal qualifying and continuing education for over 20 years. Unlike other companies that consider USPAP appraisal education to be a sideline, at McKissock, educating appraisers is our core business. Our founder, Richard McKissock, is a certified appraiser, and we have always designed our appraisal courses from the standpoint of an appraiser. If a course does not contain relevant and practical knowledge for licensed and certified appraisers, we won't offer it. Period.

100% Guarantee

All McKissock courses, both live classroom and online, are backed by our 100% No-Nonsense Guarantee. Your time is valuable (not to mention your money) and you shouldn't have to pay for a course that doesn't provide an exceptional educational experience. If at any time up to 24-hours after completing the course, you tell us that the course failed to meet or exceed your expectations, we will refund up to 100% of your purchase price or give you a discount towards a future course. Your choice. No gimmicks. No empty promises. No fine print.

USPAP Course Information You Should Know:

7 Hour USPAP Course

It is no secret that every licensed and certified real property appraiser in the United States is required to complete a 7-hour USPAP update course every two years. For 2012-2013, we are proud to offer the official online 7-Hour USPAP Update Course, written by the Appraisal Standards Board of The Appraisal Foundation. This is a true multimedia experience, with video explanations from Appraisal Standards Board members, video case studies, narrated chapter summaries, interactive student polling and learning games, and practice exercises to maximize learning while fighting boredom.
This is not last year's USPAP course! Accept no substitutes!

15 Hour USPAP Course

This is the 15-Hour National USPAP Course, which new entrants into the appraisal profession are required to take in order to satisfy qualifying education requirements. This course is developed by The Appraisal Foundation to focus on the requirements for ethical behavior and competent performance that are set forth in the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). This course includes video instruction by members of the Appraisal Standards Board and Appraiser Qualifications Board, as well as rich multimedia content, including video case studies, interactive student polling, and narrated chapter summaries. Please note that this course may not be taken by a licensed or certified appraiser in lieu of the 7-Hour USPAP Update Course.

7 Hour Live Seminar USPAP Course

This live classroom course is designed for practicing licensed and certified real property appraisers, and it is intended as an equivalent to The Appraisal Foundation's 7-Hour USPAP Update Course. This course is necessary for all appraisers who need to become aware of and understand the most recent changes to the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). Rather than focusing on abstract theory and arcane concepts, this course provides the essential information regarding changes to USPAP for 2012-13. The course also includes an in-depth review of the concept of scope of work; however the majority of this fast-moving one-day course is focused on practical USPAP knowledge imparted through real-world discussion problems and case studies. At the conclusion of the course, you will leave the classroom with an enhanced understanding of USPAP - we guarantee it!

7 Hour USPAP Webinar

This webinar focuses on the changes to USPAP for 2012-2013 and on real-world issues that affect daily appraisal practice. Webinars a great blend of the live classroom and an online course as they allow the appraiser/instructor interaction from the comfort of your home or office. Many say this is the future of online learning. We'll let you be the judge. Select a date and time that works for you!
