Salespersons and Associate Brokers: You must complete 24 hours of ADRE-approved continuing education every two years.
Designated Brokers and Delegated Associate Brokers: You must complete 30 hours of ADRE CE requirements every two years. This includes 24 mandatory hours and six elective hours.
Salespersons and Associate Brokers must complete 24 hours of CE, distributed as follows:
• Agency Law (3 hours)
• Contract Law (3 hours)
• Commissioner’s Standards (3 hours)
• Disclosure (3 hours)
• Fair Housing (3 hours)
• Real Estate Legal Issues (3 hours)
• General Electives (6 hours) – including specific topics as required.
Designated/Delegated Brokers must complete 30 hours, distributed as follows:

Yes. Designated brokers and delegated associate brokers are required to complete 30 hours of CE every two years.
