Information:
Kentucky Appraisers are required to complete 14 hours of continuing education every 12 months including the 7 hour National USPAP Update course or Equivalent. (The revised language within regulation 201 KAR 30:030 will require all Kentucky Licensed/Certified Appraisers shall complete the 7-Hour National USPAP Course, or its equivalent approved by the AQB, between January 1st and June 30th of each even number year). To help verify student identity and award credit for course completion, this agency requires that we ask security questions at random intervals throughout the courses. Please make sure that you answer the questions correctly initially so that your answers will be accepted by the system. Please contact customer service with any questions. Each course listed below is certified by IDECC and approved by the AQB.
Limitations:
There are no limits on the number of hours allowed to be taken online. Courses may not be repeated within a 3 year period.
