Information:
North Carolina Appraisers are required to take 28 continuing education hours every 24 months including the National USPAP Update Course. Note: Per Rule 21 NCAC 57A.0204, All continuing education must be completed by June 1st. Any roster requests received before 11am EST will be sent that day. Requests that are received after 11am EST will be sent the following day. Each course listed below is certified by IDECC.
Limitations:
A maximum of 14 hours per education cycle may be completed through distance education. Per the NC Appraisal Board: ...a trainee or appraiser may receive up to fourteen (14) hours of credit per renewal period for participation in a course on a computer disk or online via the Internet.
