Effective July 1, 2008 South Carolina Appraisers are required to complete 28 continuing education hours every 24 months. Of that 28 hours, 7 must be the National USPAP Update or Equivalent course. Each course listed below is certified by IDECC and approved by the AQB.
Limitations:
Effective February 22, 2008 Distance Education is now permitted for Continuing Education. There are no limits on the number of hours allowed to be taken online.
