Information:
Michigan Real Estate Professionals are required to obtain 6 hours of continuing education every year, for a total of 18 hours each license cycle. At least 2 hours of education per year is required in law, rules, or court cases regarding real estate. Course approval numbers beginning with L5 will meet this requirement.
Limitations:
There are no limitations to the number of continuing education hours that may be taken via distance education.
