Information:
Nevada Real Estate Professionals are required to take 24 continuing education hours every 24 months. Due to our electronic testing system McKissock has been granted exemption of the proctored exam requirement by the Nevada Real Estate Division. The board requires of Sales Agents the following courses: 3 hours each of Agency Law, Ethics, NV Law & Legislation, and Contract Law per renewal cycle. Brokers are required to take the same as sales agents plus 3 hours of a broker management designation course per renewal cycle. The Nevada Department of Business & Industry requires all its Real Estate licensees to complete and submit a course evaluation form (#612b) provided at the end of each course prior to receiving a certificate of completion.
Limitations:
There are no limits on the number of hours allowed to be taken online.
