Information:
Effective 10/8/09: Virginia Real Estate requires a notarized affidavit that each student must complete per class to receive credit. Completion Certificates can no longer be issued instantly. All active brokers whose licenses expire after June 30, 2008, will be required to complete 24 hours of continuing education within their current two-year license term to renew their license(s). The 24 hours of continuing education must include: • 8 hours of Broker Management and Agent Supervision; •3 hours of Ethics and Standards of Conduct; •2 hours of Fair Housing; •1 hour of Legal Updates/Law; •1 hour of Real Estate Agency; •1 hour of Real Estate Contracts; and •8 hours of Real Estate Related Subjects (electives) PLEASE NOTE, THE COURSES LISTED BELOW ARE CONTINUING EDUCATION ONLY. FOR POST-LICENSE CLASSES, PLEASE SELECT REAL ESTATE POST-LICENSING IN THE SEARCH CRITERIA ABOVE.
