How do you renew your Florida Real Estate license?

2. Complete your mandatory and elective hours. Finish your 3 hours of Core Law, 3 hours of Ethics, and 8 hours of electives. 
3. Submit completion before your deadline. Your deadline is either March 31 or September 30, depending on your license issue date. McKissock automatically reports your course completion to the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR). 

What are the mandatory courses for Florida CE?

The 14-hour CE requirement includes three specific course types:
