Information:
Colorado appraisers are required to take 42 continuing education hours every 36 months. The National USPAP Update course is required every 24 months. Each course listed below is certified by IDECC and approved by the AQB.
Limitations:
There are no limitations on the number of CE hours that may be taken on-line. Potential students are advised to check with the appropriate Colorado Regulatory Agencies to confirm that completion of courses offered by McKissock, LP will satisfy the requirements for initial or renewal education.
