Information:
Minnesota Realtors are required to obtain 30 hours of continuing education every 2 years. At minimum of 15 hours of the 30 credit hours must be completed during the first 12 months of the 24-month licensing period. Per License Renewal: 1 hour must include laws or regulations on agency representation and disclosure and 1 hour must include state & federal fair housing law, regulations, & rules, antidiscrimination laws, or housing needs of immigrant & under-served populations.
Limitations:
A licensee cannot receive credit for more than 8 hours of CE in any 24 hour period. All 30 hours may be completed online.
