Information:
Nebraska Appraisers are required to complete 28 continuing education hours every 24 months including the National USPAP Update (or Equivalent). Each course listed below is certified by IDECC and approved by the AQB.
Limitations:
A maximum of 14 hours of continuing education may be taken as distance education per 2 year renewal cycle. The National USPAP Update (or Equivalent) MUST be taken in a classroom setting.
