Nora Monahan is originally from New York and presently lives and works in Woodstock, GA just north of Atlanta. She is licensed in Georgia as a real estate broker, a real estate instructor, an appraiser, and an appraisal instructor. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Economics from C.W. Post Long Island University. While in NY, Nora worked for a computer education company and an international software firm. In GA, she worked with a commercial engineering and construction firm building in the public and private sector before owning her own real estate brokerage and school. She also was an elected member and past chairman of the Cherokee County Board of Education.
