Daniel A. Bradley is a certified general appraiser and licensed real estate broker, and has been appraising since 1987. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Clarion University of PA. Since 1992, he has been authoring real estate and appraisal courses and seminars, and has instructed for several appraisal schools, colleges and organizations. In 2004, he was appointed to the Pennsylvania State Board of Certified Real Estate Appraisers, where he is currently serving as Vice-Chairman.
