7-Hour USPAP Course
Every licensed and certified real property appraiser in the United States is required to complete a 7-hour USPAP update course every two years. For 2014-2015, we are proud to offer The Appraisal Foundation’s official online 7-Hour USPAP Update Course. This is a true multimedia experience, with case studies, video explanations from Appraisal Standards Board members, interactive student polling, and practice exercises to maximize learning and minimize boredom.
15-Hour USPAP Course
New entrants into the appraisal profession are required to take the 15-Hour National USPAP Course in order to satisfy qualifying education requirements. This course is developed by The Appraisal Foundation and focuses on the principles of ethical behavior and competent performance set forth in the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). Please note that this course may not be taken by a licensed or certified appraiser in lieu of the 7-Hour USPAP Update Course.
7-Hour Live Seminar USPAP Course
This course is designed for practicing licensed and certified real property appraisers, and it is intended as an equivalent to The Appraisal Foundation's 7-Hour USPAP Update Course. As a refresher on the most recent changes to the USPAP, this course includes an in-depth review of the revisions to USPAP for 2014-15.
1-Hour Non-Credit Webinar
This webinar is intended to provide a brief overview to the revisions that have been made to USPAP for 2014-15. It focuses specifically on the information that is most important to real property appraisers in their everyday practice. Please note: This is a non-credit informational course, and is not intended to be a substitute for the 7-hour USPAP Update Course.
