Certification of Courses
Online courses are listed by state, and only for states in which they are approved.
All of our on-site courses are approved, are pending approval, or will be approved
for appraisal continuing education (or Pre-Licensing) credit prior to the date of
the seminar. Some of the courses are also available for real estate continuing education
credit. Please call for details about which courses are certified in your particular
state, particularly if you need out-of-state credit.
Additional state certificates are $10 each ($20 in NC).
State Attendance Policies for Appraisal Seminars
The Appraisal (and some Real Estate) Boards of AZ, CT, MS, DC, SC, VT, TN, ME, MO,
MI, IA, OR, KS, NY, MA, NH, GA, & TX require 100% attendance for successful completion
of some or all courses. Most other states have a 90% minimum attendance requirement.
Detailed Schedules for Appraisal Seminars
In order to ensure that you get exactly the credit you need in your state, the detailed
course schedules and hour-by-hour outlines may vary from state-to-state. All final
details will be confirmed in writing when you enroll.
