This course provides an in-depth examination of the concept of bias. A minimum of two hours of anti-bias training will be provided, in accordance with California Assembly Bill 948. This course will also provide a minimum of one hour on the topic of cultural competency, which is required for all California appraisers. This cultural competency section includes an overview of the ongoing struggle for fairness and equity in housing.
