Registration will begin at 8:45 am. Class will be from 9:00 am until 1:00 pm with two 20-minute breaks.
This course was developed to keep licensed and certified California real estate appraisers informed and up-to-date on both Federal and State laws and regulations. This 4-hour course is divided into four chapters:
• The Appraisal Subcommittee and The Appraisal Foundation
• Federal Laws
• California Real Estate Appraisers’ Licensing Law
• California Regulations
Please note that California BREA now requires students to pass a 20-question open-book final exam with a minimum score of 70% in order to receive credit for the course.
