This course is designed to familiarize the real property appraiser with some of the content requirements and procedures associated with communicating an appraisal report.  It will assist the student in understanding the final step in the appraisal process, guide the student through the different form reports, and acquaint him or her with other available reporting options, including narrative reports.  The student will be provided with a basic application of the reporting requirements as found in USPAP, and the course will further the student’s knowledge of USPAP as it pertains to his or her reporting obligations.

Course access is available for 6 months from the day it is opened. All courses, regardless of whether they have been opened, expire two years from the date of purchase. Extensions are available for purchase within 30 days of a course expiring. No extensions will be granted after this period.
