Rated 1 out of 5 by from I have taken many McKissock courses, but this is, by far, the worst course I have experience. This course is just page after very full page of text with no white space and only a few useful tables. It is not interactive. Just plan on printing out the whole course and reading it for yourself. It will go faster and you will learn more.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from There is a lot of information that goes into deciding to become a Supervisor as well as becoming a Trainee Appraiser. For sure, it would be good to receive a printout of this course after completion so the details and requirements could be referenced as one move into becoming a Supervisor or Trainee.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent course. The case study is a great example of a small apartment project found in a typical suburban market. I have years of experience appraising apartment projects ranging from 2 to 25 units. This was an excellent course to refresh and also learn some new things. I found this course challenging. The final exam was excellent in that it really made me apply the coursework and not just simply regurgitate statements made in the text. This is the best McKissock course I have ever taken and meets/exceeds Appraisal Institute courses (I am an SRA). Thank you!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So far it has been great! It gives me just enough information per screen to keep me reading without feeling overwhelmed. The quizzes make sure I'm paying attention and not only retaining the information but understanding it... It keeps me accountable. The quizzes make the course interactive so I'm not just sitting there falling asleep. I'm brand new to this information - so far i've learned a lot - i'm looking forward to the remainder of the course.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from The customer service is not there after you make the purchase. Also, when you contact the instructor they never reply back for help. I had several questions about completing the course and taking the exam but the instructor and customer service never replied back for 3 months and delayed my progress because I couldn't find a solution to taking the proctored exam.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This course was very informative and was laid out very well. It was very easy to access and I like that it keeps your place in the course so you know exactly where you left off the last time you accessed the course. I also like that you can take notes as you go through the course. I also loved that there were periodic quizzes throughout the course. It really helped me retain the information I was learning.

I need the 7 hr. USPAP update for Florida. You have two listed. Which one is required by Florida?

Asked by: Carl
The two 7 hour USPAP courses that we have listed are both approved for CE credit. The non-residential course is more geared towards commercial appraisers.
