Rated 5 out of 5 by from So far it has been great! It gives me just enough information per screen to keep me reading without feeling overwhelmed. The quizzes make sure I'm paying attention and not only retaining the information but understanding it... It keeps me accountable. The quizzes make the course interactive so I'm not just sitting there falling asleep. I'm brand new to this information - so far i've learned a lot - i'm looking forward to the remainder of the course.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from The customer service is not there after you make the purchase. Also, when you contact the instructor they never reply back for help. I had several questions about completing the course and taking the exam but the instructor and customer service never replied back for 3 months and delayed my progress because I couldn't find a solution to taking the proctored exam.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from McKissock's Unlimited Education All-Access Pass is the only way to go for any and all continuing education for appraisers, brokers, or whatever license you may have. (Source: Stephen T. Belding, MBA, MSRE, MI, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, 10+ years as HUD/FHA Multifamily Appraiser, along with 20 years in private sector (commercial banking) and 20 years in public sector (city, county, state & US Federal government), with 6 licenses in 3 states and a lot of continuing education credits to stay up with and complete over many renewal cycles.)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very helpful. I am in the process of hiring a Trainee for the first time in many years. This course has certainly been helpful in framing my goals and expectations going forward.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Some of the FL specific information is outdated (i.e., supervisory appraisers are only required to accompany trainees on inspections for 6 months no). Also, some pages seemed to just repeat what was previously stated. If you have no knowledge of trainee or license requirements, it's a good introduction.

Is this course mandatory every renewal cycle or just once? I’ve taken this course in 2018, and I don’t want to take it again unless it’s truly mandatory.
