Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great course and learned many things I did not know, which I always appreciate when taking CE.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent course. I've been appraising for almost 30 years and specialize in high-end resort lending and custom homes and used to work for a high-end, custom home builder and still learned new information.
Date published: 2020-12-26
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Informative. Most of the information was standard if you have been appraising for awhile. Otherwise, there is always something to learn.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I chose this course to fulfill CE requirements. It can be difficult to find 2 hour courses and it's just what I needed. I learned some new things about UAD despite working with it for so many years.
Date published: 2020-05-13
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Thank you for providing this course. It is good to see what happens even when we, appraisers, aren't aware of any wrong doing.
Date published: 2020-05-13
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very good course. Easy to understand with great step by step information.
Date published: 2020-05-08
Rated 3 out of 5 by from The course was obviously intended primarily for single-family appraisers. As a commercial appraiser, I got little out of it and felt I had wasted my time and money.
Date published: 2020-01-05
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Use Mckissock as a last resort
Date published: 2019-12-16
Rated 5 out of 5 by from seminar was a detailed but brief over view of the appraisal content & reporting basics & courtroom protocol of litigation appraisal work. I found it interesting and informative AND a nice review of the situations that occur in litigation valuation & testimony
Date published: 2019-12-11

Date published: 2019-07-10
Rated 4 out of 5 by from This was the first time I had completed an on line course for continuing education. I was impressed with the clear explanation of each element of the course. I didn't think I would like taking on line courses but I found this experience to be good. I plan continue to research more courses with this school to avoid having to travel to outside areas to get continuing education.
Date published: 2019-05-16
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Can use, and/or adopt most all of this information into my appraisal work.
Date published: 2019-05-06
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Thanks for providing the course as a means to get my credit hours.
Date published: 2019-05-04
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good course to help keep track of USPAP requirements.
Date published: 2019-04-18
Rated 4 out of 5 by from This course provides a very good introduction to serving as an expert witness. The material discusses behaviors to follow or avoid, all good advice. An attorney once told me one other thing to watch for: don't nod off. This is particularly relevant in depositions, where the deposing attorney may try to wear you down to the point where you start babbling incoherently. Not a pretty picture. Ask to take a break, get a drink of water, whatever you need to stay alert.
Date published: 2019-03-07
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good summary course for appraisers interested in the expert witness arena.
Date published: 2019-01-25
Rated 5 out of 5 by from As an appraiser for a county assessor’s office, much of this course also has cross-over application for hearings during an appeal.
Date published: 2019-01-10
Rated 5 out of 5 by from McKissock is the best been taking classes for 20 plus years from them.
Date published: 2019-01-09
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent course I have been appraising for 30 years most of that time doing FHA. I was a very good refersher course and I also learned a few things as well.
Date published: 2018-12-07
Rated 3 out of 5 by from This course was not what I thought it was; I thought it was a seminar on the challenge of proper valuation of leaseholds, and instead it was a seminar on valuing leased fee ground, which is much more straightforward. As such, I thought the course had a lot of filler to try and come up with 7 hours of content that could have been covered in half that.
Date published: 2018-11-25
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good overview of the liability issues appraisers are exposed to.
Date published: 2018-11-24
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Certainly is comprehensive pertaining to relocation appraisals.
Date published: 2018-11-12
Rated 4 out of 5 by from This course was very thorough and I learned quite a bit.
