Appraisal Continuing Education Course Ratings and Reviews

McKissock is rated 4.3 out of 5 by 4597.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very efficient course. It said enough to properly cover the topics, but at the same time it didn't make you go through the mind-numbing pain of busy work. I am happy to have been kept interested throughout.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Continuing Education, made easy. I learned some valuable stuff in the 7.0 hour class and it wasn't filled with busy work. I got a lot of help from the representative I called. She made it easy to choose my classes, found a discount on the package, and offered to help me out when I need to complete my educational requirements for my license upgrade. I know this is a sales opportunity, but she offered to help in a very low-stress manner. Her grasp on the curriculum helped me trust the entire situation.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I've been a residential appraiser for 35 years. While some of the material in this class was already in use I did pick up a few new ideas.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I took the 2-day Supervisor-Trainee course when it was first offered many years ago. Although I have supervised multiple trainees over the years, I found this to be a good brush-up on current regulations and clarification of responsibilities as a new trainee appraiser comes on board with our team.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I'm studying to be a Trainee Appraiser - the course was easy to follow, provided information is small enough chunks to digest it intellectually, and used appropriate amounts of repetition to help me memorize important facts and concepts. I highly recommend this course!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I liked the layout of this course and the small mini quizzes in between. I feel like it helped me retain more information throughout the course. Plus I liked the "comment" option. I don't care much for discussion boards but it was nice having somewhere to comment what you felt was necessary or read something from others that may help.

Which 7 hour con ed courses qualify for both Appraisers and RE Brokers?

Asked by: Dave
Unfortunately, we do not offer courses for IN that can have both Appraisal and Real Estate credit attached. They must be done separately
