This is a great course for the beginner/trainee or a seasoned appraiser who thinks he or she knows everything about HUD/FHA GUIDELINES. All the links to the web are valuable sources of information. I learned 2 things specifically:
1. A Stove that is free-standing is considered Personal Property
2. There is an 800 number to call HUD for a variety of reasons, ESPECIALLY if an appraiser feels he or she has been influenced by a lender or AMC.
I enjoyed this course because its easy to understand after over 27 years in this business, and I learned some new things.
