Rated 5 out of 5 by from I modified so many of my drop-down disclaimers/disclosures in my appraisal software, this course has helped me refine and update my reports and minimize my liability far better than I had been doing, prior. I recommend, especially if you haven't revisited these concepts in a while.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from The course as a hold was useful and informative. It took much longer than anticipated, mainly because I felt I had to stop and take notes to assist with the many quizes, and also because of the amount of material for 7 hours of education. Printing out some of the material would have helped from taking notes but I wasn't able to print.
Date published: 2020-03-19

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The information was well organized, easy to follow and presented
Date published: 2020-02-28
Rated 4 out of 5 by from This is a challenging course for residential appraisers who haven't seen cap rates since appraising 1-4 families. This is not a course if your plan is to hit next at every page and wing it on the quizzes. This would likely be very boring for a commercial appraiser. But if you've ever contemplated jumping out of the window of a triple-decker from the monotony of 30 years of thankless mortgage-related residential appraisal, this class is for you. It's got just enough to keep you engaged but not too overwhelming. If you remember anything from algebra and long for something more than a mindless money-grab, or are interested in pursuing a general license and are rusty, take this course.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was an excellent review of discounted cash flow for commercial properties.
