Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was one of the best courses I have taken on-line. It goes over both basic information along with updated information on several issues used daily in the URAR appraisal report along with additional insight into typical problems appraisers are faced with. It expands on common subjects and gives you a new inside that your have not previously had, considered or used in your appraisal practice. Everyone needs a good basic review of how they appraise because nobody is perfect and a good review of how you develop your work product will point out any weaknesses and make you a better appraiser. If i had any trainees working under me this course would be a requirement for them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from IT'S AMAZING! I've been an appraiser for 19 years and I always learn something new everytime I take one of Mckissocks online courses. So much more informative than a classroom course where most of the time is wasted with unrelated chit chat.
