Rated 5 out of 5 by from I really liked this course. The audio/video enhanced the printed material and kept me engaged. Examples were helpful to show how it applies to real world situations. The amount of content ensured I didn't finish too early and then have to go back and keep the session open to get the minimum required seat time. The survey questions were interesting, engaging and provided immediate feedback. I prefer these shorter, deep-dive courses that go beyond the basics.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is a great course to take every couple of years as litigation changes laws and the way a report should be written. Updates to how we disclose or disclaim are made yearly due to litigation and enforcement. A very good class!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is a great summary course to review if you haven't testified in awhile and you aren't in an environment where you work with others who also do these types of reports and services. There's some good reminders and some good key points also if you have never testified and find yourself in the position. This is a good course to go thru BEFORE accepting this type of work and/or completing the report.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Challenging but knowledgeable
Date published: 2018-12-17
Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was a very well designed course. Many of Mckissock's courses continually review USPAP requirements which never gets old because USPAP will be around for a long time and acts as the appraiser's governing source.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I would recommend this course to other appraisers. Although we all have our own ways to inspect a property this course provides suggestions how others may inspect a property. The addition of videos is a great part of this course.`

Rated 5 out of 5 by from As someone who has completed many site visits... I still found the course to be a good review but also obtained a different way of viewing the subject. Also I appreciated some of the disclaimer samples for things such as 'Cost to Cure'.
