Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is an excellent course for beginning FHA appraisers or long-practicing FHA appraisers. I belong to the latter class and was surprised at how many new things I learned! Definitely will be integrating these into future FHA work!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from The course material was relatively solid. The quizzes were representative of important material. The final exam, however, was generally not representative of important aspects of the course. Here is an example...Photovoltaic cells produce what type of current? Just not sure how this ensures that a student understands the important concept of solar from a detailed question regarding electric current. I am fan of your courses. This course would be less frustrating for your average student if the final exam was tweaked a bit. Thank you.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Loved the course; easy to learn and was not 'boring' to get through.' Typically I don't care for online learning but this was awesome!
Date published: 2017-01-04
Rated 5 out of 5 by from This course was effective because it made clear the actual data that was new and must be know, not the memorization of standards numbers.
Date published: 2016-12-22
Rated 4 out of 5 by from I found the first half of the course fairly easy. The second half gets harder and towards the end, Chapters dealing with DCF and allocation of non realty interests were advanced concepts. The course is not "math centric" and the quizzes focus on understanding the concepts more than actual calculation.
