Rated 3 out of 5 by from Some questions on this course were extremely frustrating, probably easy for a seasoned appraiser, but I had to keep going back as they'd jumble the questions around growing more and more frustrated with the quiz questions.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from it takes longer than seven hours! but is a great learning format. if time is of the essence you need to attend a live class. but the convenience of chipping away at an online course when you want/can is a great plus. The software works great keeping track of where you left off without you needing to anything!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I have been on the FHA Appraisal Roster for a number of years but felt the need to "brush up" on my knowledge and skills to provide the best FHA appraisal service to my clients. This course went above and beyond my expectations and was clear and concise. I would recommend this course to new appraisers applying to the FHA Roster and experienced appraisers looking to renew their knowledge.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from The section on appraisal forms has nothing to do with the subject matter. Test questions about websites and specific AO numbers in USPAP are also off the mark, that space and time could have been much better spent on legitimate subject matter.
Date published: 2018-03-27
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good overall presentation of subject, and very detailed analysis of rate adjustment process.
Date published: 2018-03-25
Rated 4 out of 5 by from If competency is an issue, acquire more education and experience. If ethics are an issue, this profession is not for you.
Date published: 2018-02-12
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Overall I thought the course was good. Though a bit repetitive in methodology it made me think about a lot of the features of owner occupied buildings such as super adequacies and deficiencies. The course also reflected the reality that in many cases there is insufficient data to derive an adjustment - which can be just as meaningful as making an adjustment. The portion of the course on going concern valuation was interesting but a bit out of place with the rest of the course content.
