Appraisal Continuing Education Course Ratings and Reviews

McKissock is rated 4.4 out of 5 by 11899.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from When workloads are heavy and classroom time just isn't in the cards, the online webinars, course, and updates are a great way to get the hours needed for continuing education, even at 3 am or 4. Have younger children, you can take these courses after they are tucked in bed. For those of us passed the median age of appraisers(that's 65 last time I heard)its a short walk to the bed when a long drive home is not your cup of tea. Whatever the reason, or the season, McKissock education is the way to go.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It is not real world beneficial to have to quote which Standard " this " applies to. Does not matter as long as you know what is correct and incorrect in how to do an appraisal and do properly. I think questions like this are not beneficial. It requires "memorization" not "learning". Other than this type of questions I thought the course was beneficial.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I think the course was well presented and was easy to navigate . I had no problems with the system. I like the fact that you can work on the course at your own time. Being a single parent I don't have time to site down and take a seven hour class at one time nor do I have time to go and sit in a class room all day. I think the online class is a good thing.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A great deal of information, much of it useful for other appraisal activities. Would like to have instructor address fact that many appraisers work in areas with even smaller than 100,000 populations, with even less reliable or available market information. Resource information will be helpful.
