Rated 5 out of 5 by from I have had experience going through the law suit phase and because I had adequate notes and comments in the report, the appraisers were dropped from the suit first. The suit was filed against lender, realtor and appraiser. I continue to practice the same but this class gave me information I did not realize and will add to my practices, especially on verification. This is an area where we all do not do enough to verify and begin to rely on experience only. This was a very good and informative class.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from somehow this kept locking up my computer (never had this problem before), making it necessary to force shut down my computer. then when i restart, there was no way to go back to where i left off. i had to scroll thru the entire course to get back. video/slide quality on the IRS and some other forms too poor to read. presenter so wordy that important information completely lost in all the verbiage. I've taken a lot of McKissock courses and been very pleased with most of them, but this was terrible.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very well organized and informative subject matter
Date published: 2020-06-10
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Difficult course to follow. Very intelligent individual appears to have written the course but the level of communications in the material is too high for a normal individual to read and understand the first time. Not material that I believe I will remember in the future. No actual experience stories. Experience stories have always been a very good method of teaching that students have a tenancy to remember.
