Rated 5 out of 5 by from After taking this course and mortgage fraud course, I am seriously considering leaving the industry. It's not worth it any more. Even with E&O your name is mud. The "to big to fail" big lenders, along with their deep pockets and state and federal politicians are slowly killing the fee appraisal practice to go along with their streamlined AVM's. Since nothing is "in-house" as far as a federally related transaction is concerned, and the relabeling of mortgage backed securities, a fiat economy and government refusal to police CEO's or owners who willing engage in risky investment behavior (monetary and securities risk should be rewarded as touted by one major political party), why in God's green earth would you want to become a fee appraiser (ad-valorem, fee...whatever)? Please, even if Trump administration privatizes Fannie and Freddie, do not think it will get better!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Other than not being able to read the tiny examples provided for the various documents on the right side screen, scrolling, etc., the course was very valuable. I WOULD suggest that, instead of the side screen on the right, the course & students might better benefit with those examples provided in the document section associated with the "Tools" bar at the bottom of the screen.
