Rated 4 out of 5 by from the course took me longer than the estimated hours, but I appreciated how it always came back to right where I left off. the quizzes were appropriate and helpful, and you can always go back and review chapters.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Most of the content was ok - lots of reading and skimming. The assessments were garbage. As an educator myself, the only thing you should be assessing are real case studies that involve everyday knowledge of an appraiser. This would help applicants take what they've learned and apply it to a scenario. Multiple choice quizzes involving nonsense questions like "how is the appraisal subcommittee funded?" is useless. When will someone ever have to apply that knowledge in the field?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I do NOT recommend this course if you have ADD, ADHD, or a learning disability. It is extremely frustrating when you can't answer the question on time. You will learn a lot, but you will be annoyed 95% of the time taking this course.
