The objective of this course is to increase understanding of West Virginia appraisal laws and rules, and the operation of the West Virginia Real Estate Appraiser Board. This course is intended to meet the Board’s requirement that West Virginia appraisers must complete a 3-hour course on West Virginia appraisal laws and rules every four (4) years Content of the course is derived from these State sources: West Virginia Code Chapter 30, Article 38, the Real Estate Appraiser Licensing and Certification Act, and Title 190 Legislative Rules, Series 2, 3, and 4.
