I am brand new to the appraisal world and I am just beginning classes. Is there any list or recommendation for which classes to start with? I have the unlimited subscription so it's really just figuring out which class to lead off with, thanks.

APP QE A:APP QE courses should be taken in the following order: Basic Appraisal Principles (Think of this as the “Why”) Basic Appraisal Procedures (The “How”) USPAP (Putting it all together) Supervisor-Trainee Course Each course will tend to build on the ideas put forth by the previous and working in this order will give students the most out of the experience.
