Their staff is very willing to lend a hand when called upon. The platform is very easy to use and the test questions are spot on. My only cristism is that I did find that finding a proctor to be a challenge. Since I have found a proctor, the exam process has gone very smoothly. I would recommend that for at least the top 25 markets that the school post locations in which one can find a proctor. I realize that the list might not always be able to be kept up to date but it would be a start.
