Rated 5 out of 5 by Timothy C from This course was extremely helpful. I learned useful tools from what new technology I can implement in my business, the appraisal software I can use, and of course the principles of real estate appraising. It was very interesting to learn how appraising has transpired from the 70's,80's, 90s and into its current state.
