Course ratings and reviews

McKissock is rated 3.9 out of 5 by 374.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from The course provided insight into a growing property type in my market. It was also a helpful review of income-based valuation theory and process, especially for an appraiser in a smaller market where detailed data and analysis are not usually available or required by lender/clients.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid and very practical information concerning Industrial Incubators which as an experienced appraiser reinforced and in some instances enhanced my understanding of this property type.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is far and away one of the best classes that I have taken related to appraisal. The course got out of the theoretical world and actually discussed a product type - how refreshing! I would highly recommend this course.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I thought that some of the final exam questions were very microscopic variances from text data and the question. Not a huge amount over the 20 questions; however, enough that it could result in 2-4 questions answered incorrectly. I am a long time commercial appraiser familiar with virtually most of the materials noted herein. This could be a more challenging course to the novice appraiser or one with limited commercial background.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Made you pay attention to details, more so than in a class.
