Rated 5 out of 5 by from As with any appraisal course involving USPAP, the material is a little "dry", but keep at it, as the course is informative, educational, and you do learn important requirements for licensing, and the requirements of Trainee and Supervisor rolls, a rather symbiotic relationship.

If I purchase the membership it is good for 1 full year correct? So I can take any classes I want in that time? Also, when it renews a year from now, will it be the same price?

Asked by: Tcbtrane
It is good for one full year and the individual can take as many courses as they want. They will have access to online, live classes, and webinars. It will be the same price in year two unless they pay the $774.99 for two years up front.

I need to renew my license/ take the courses once every 2 years. The membership you offer requires two-year commitment. Do these have to be 2 consecutive years or can they be only the years of the license renewal?

Asked by: TomD
The membership will expire and auto-renew one year from purchase, independent of the renewal cycle schedule.

I the Laws and Regs still a requirement?? In addition to the USPAP for renewal. When are these courses scheduled? Does the gift card apply to these courses?

Asked by: Robert
It is required that California Laws and Regulations be completed every four years by California appraisers; the USPAP is required every two years. The schedule for classes varies and it is best to check the list online for live classroom dates and locations; online classes are always available and may be completed any time. If you have a McKissock gift card, it would be best to call in to use if you are unable to on the website.
