To help you narrow it down, we asked our appraisal community, “What’s the best Facebook Group for real estate appraisers?” Here’s what they said.

I don’t belong to any appraisal Facebook Groups (42%)
A large number of respondents (42%) said they don’t belong to any Facebook Groups for real estate appraisers.
“I prefer the Reddit Appraisers community. FB is not my preferred medium.”
“I am anti-Facebook. I don’t trust them with my personal information. I prefer to do my appraiser networking through being a member of a local appraisal association, which is the REAA in my case. I also connect with other appraisers on forums such as the Appraiser’s Forum website.”
Many appraisers do belong to Facebook Groups related to the profession. Eighteen percent of survey respondents selected I am a Female Real Estate Appraiser as the best one.
“I am a Female Real Estate Appraiser FB group is my go-to when I have questions or issues that come up in day-to-day work. They are always kind, informative, and supportive.”
The second-favorite Facebook group among survey respondents was 100% Real Estate Appraisers.
“[100% Real Estate Appraisers] is for appraisers only and is screened for membership.”
Note: If you are just entering the profession, there is an affiliated group for prospective and trainee appraisers called %100 Become a Real Estate Appraiser & Trainee Group.
