1. What USPAP courses am I required to take?
If you’re a licensed or certified appraiser in Arizona, you are required to complete the 7-Hour National USPAP Update Course every two years in order to retain your license. The course covers all the revisions to USPAP, plus it helps you apply USPAP requirements in situations that occur during your day-to-day work.
