Demand for limited scope appraisals
“There has been a significant increase in the use of evaluations, desktop appraisals, and alternative products in the valuation profession,” said Ashleigh Wallach, Senior Director of Appraisal here at McKissock. “Our goal is to educate appraisers on what these different types of products are, if and how they can complete them, where they can get business, and how they can remain USPAP compliant within these products.”
Course information
The online appraisal course was approved by the Appraiser Qualifications Board (AQB) this month and is now available to real estate appraisers practicing in Indiana, Maryland, Maine, Virginia, Wisconsin, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Guam. It is expected to be approved in all U.S. states in the coming weeks and months. You will earn 4 hours of CE credit upon completion of the course. View the full course description.
