FAQs: Livestream Courses

How does a live streaming broadcast class work?

A live streaming broadcast is a live class where participants interact and engage with a live instructor in real time in an online setting through a video conferencing platform.

Attendance is taken and requires that you show your ID at the beginning of class and remain on camera during the entire class.  You will enjoy all the interactivity of a classroom and the best things is – just like in a classroom course – there are no exams to complete.*

*An exam is required to be taken and passed in order to receive continuing education credit for The Laws and Regulations for California Appraisers Course.
