Many of our online courses feature video to enhance your learning experience. If you’re experiencing trouble, check the following:
1. Make sure you have the most recent update for your browser
2. If you have Mozilla FireFox you will need to make sure you have the most recent version of the Flash and Shockwave Plugins. (See Below for links)
3. If running Internet Explorer 10 or 11 you may need to make sure it is NOT running in Compatibility Mode.
NOTE – We HIGHLY RECOMMEND ALL SOFTWARE IS UP TO DATE, otherwise we cannot guarantee your course will run smoothly.
For any older browsers and Mozilla FireFox you will need to make sure you have the most current version of Adobe Flash Player.
It may also be beneficial to have a current version of Shockwave Player
Mac and iPad users should have Quicktime Installed. Flash can have issues with Safari and is not supported on the iPad.
If using an iPad it is recommended a laptop or desktop be available for backup to mitigate technical issues that may happen with the iPad.
(Note: We are not affiliated with Adobe or Apple Quicktime, therefore we do not provide support for their software.)
