Scheduled maintenance site issues

It’s likely you will want to clear cookies and cache on your web browser in order for the updates to work properly.

These are temporary files that are stored on your computer each time you visit a website.  This happens so your experience the next time you visit the webpage is much faster!

See below on how to delete cache, cookies for your web browser version.

Tip:  To find out what browser version you are on, select the Help button at the top of your browser window and select the About option

  • LINK for Safari (iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch)

Tip:  After removing the cookies and cache from your web browser, you may want to close and reopen your browser.
