With many severe,long-term health hazards, the inspector must be vigilant about both the problemand his or her own protection during the inspection. In this course, we willcover basic information about mold, as well as many of the mold strains aninspector might expect to find in a residence. We will also talk about variousplaces to search out mold growth and methods of measurement and remediation.
