In this chapter, we will explore the governing bodies that monitor licensing and best practices for New Jersey Home Inspection Professionals. We will discuss the best practices outlined in the New Jersey Administrative Code, as well as how these best practices relate to real-world situations such as a realistic model of a full New Jersey Home Inspection Report. In each of these sections, we will review the information to determine what, if any, errors exist. Next, we will review real-world scenarios to determine if the actions taken or not taken by the home inspector were in adherence to the New Jersey Administrative Code.
