The correct identification, notification, and remediation of mold growth in a home are of utmost importance, as it has enormous health and safety implications for homeowners and their families. In this course, we will cover basic information about mold and review many of the mold strains an inspector might expect to find in a residence. We will also talk about various places to search out mold growth and methods of measurement and remediation.
