Robbie Wilson, ASA, RA, SRA, AQB Certified USPAP Instructor
Robbie Wilson has been in the real estate industry since 1989, and he is currently serving as Chief Appraiser, Risk, Compliance with RSDS LLC, Dallas. As a certified appraiser, he is recognized in the appraisal industry as a subject matter expert (SME). His teaching style is best summarized as interactive, facilitative, and compassionate, meaning he encourages students to be active participants in all conversations in the classroom and ask questions when they arise. Robbie specializes in complex residential properties, forensic audit reviews, and water/wastewater utilities valuation. One interesting thing about Robbie is his desire for service, thus, his service to many organizations and his dedication to countless hours of teaching real estate and appraisal courses nationwide.
David Harmon, SRA, IFA, CRP, GRI, RA, AQB Certified USPAP Instructor
David Harmon has been a real estate appraiser since 1978 and currently holds a Certified Residential Appraiser license in the state of Ohio. His teaching style is that of a facilitator and trainer providing guidance. David specializes in REO, relocation appraising, and changing market analysis. He has held several leadership and supervisory positions during the life of his career.
